The Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools (LAPCS) launched the MFP Project this past fall to provide greater clarity on the formula, better understand the true cost of educating students in Louisiana, and equip policymakers with straightforward, practical information they can use.

 

As a first step, we are pleased to share the MFP Primer, a short guide designed to make one of the most important and often least understood parts of the state budget easier to navigate.
